Standard Hospital Procedure

Examination with Health Insurance

For patients with valid health insurance cards, referral slips, or VssID digital cards.

5 - 10 phút

Insurance Reception - Ground Floor Building A

Scan chip ID card or VssID app at the kiosk to get queue number. Proceed to designated reception counter.

Bring along: ID card, VssID app, and referral letter if applicable.

15 - 20 phút

Outpatient Clinic Rooms - 1st & 2nd Floor Building A

Wait in the waiting area. When your number appears on screen, enter the assigned clinic room for consultation.

Prepare info about skin symptoms and drug allergy history.

30 - 45 phút

Laboratory Department - 1st Floor Building C

If blood test, skin scrapings, fungal microscopy, or dermoscopy is ordered, proceed to the clinical laboratory.

Test results are digitally synced directly to the doctor’s desk.

10 phút

Return to the initial consultation room

The doctor reviews lab results, confirms diagnosis, provides medical guidance, and issues electronic prescription.

10 - 15 phút

Insurance Pharmacy Counter - Ground Floor Building A

Settle any co-payment fee at insurance cash counter, then collect prescribed medications at the Hospital Pharmacy.

Nhà A: Tiếp đón khám BHYT, Khoa Khám bệnh, Khoa Dược, Phòng Tiêm ngừa.
Nhà B: Khu Khám VIP & Theo yêu cầu, Khoa Thẩm mỹ da, Khoa Laser và Săn sóc da.
Nhà C: Khoa Xét nghiệm vi sinh, Chẩn đoán hình ảnh, Khoa Bệnh học Da.

Cổng 1 (Số 2 Nguyễn Thông): Dành cho người bệnh đi bộ, xe máy và taxi tiếp cận sảnh chính.
Bãi giữ xe máy: Bố trí tại tầng hầm và khuôn viên bên phải cổng chính.
Xe ô tô: Hạn chế đậu lâu trong viện; ưu tiên trả khách tại sảnh và gửi tại bãi xe lân cận.
